The DASH for the Stash is Back!

The DASH for the STASH contest is back in Columbia County!

Dash for the Stash is an investor education and protection program and contest that arms investors with unbiased and non-commercial information needed to make crucial investing decisions. The program is a partnership between the Investor Protection Institute (IPI) and UF/IFAS Extension Columbia County. DASH features a series of informational posters on display at the Columbia County Extension Office. Each poster focuses on one investor education and protection topic, and each poster topic features an associated quiz question to answer. The four poster topics are:

  1. Financial Advisers
  2. Investment Fees
  3. Investor Fraud
  4. Building a Nest Egg

To enter the contest, participants should visit the Columbia County Extension Office, read the content on each poster, scan the unique QR code to access that topic’s quiz question, and submit their answer via smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Each poster is rich in investor education and protection content and each takes approximately 5-10 minutes to read. One winner in each participating State will be chosen in a random drawing of eligible participants who logged the correct answer for all four posters. The winner will receive a $1,000 contribution to a new or existing Individual Retirement Account (IRA) for 2017.

Don’t miss out on a chance to win a $1,000 IRA Contribution!
