Fabulous Food Cooking Class: Cooking with Diabetes

If you have diabetes, eating right and managing your calorie and carbohydrate intake can be challenging. Learn practical ways to plan and prepare nutritiously balanced meals at home without adding extra sugar, sodium, or fat.

Anyone that is overweight, has pre-diabetes, type-2 diabetes, or just wants to cook healthier is encouraged to sign up. -Taught by Amy Mullins, Leon County Extension.
