LIVE COVID SMART

is a community program dedicated to advancing health in Florida’s rural counties. Through our organizational and community partners, we engage in the promotion of physical health and mental wellness and educate community residents on the prevention and management of COVID-19, and in ways to cope with their chronic disease.

Develop Programs

We utilize telehealth and distance learning to connect the community to health and wellness resources.

Educate Residents

We provide education to the community on how to avoid, control, and cope with COVID-19 infection and their personal chronic disease.

Train Partners

We train our partners, local leaders, and community liaisons to assist in reducing health care imbalances related to the common diseases that affect their community.
