Madison Maynard is a member of the Sunshine Crew 4-H club. She has been active in showing dairy cattle for the past 4 years at several different local fairs. Madison displays the 4-H logo at all the fairs she attends and is instrumental in promoting Agricultural Education to all the patrons. She owns 3 dairy animals – two Jerseys and one registered Holstein. She has purchased 2 of these animals with her own premium monies that she has earned. Madison is also a member of the Callahan Middle School girls soccer team, is active in her church, and helps her parents with her three younger siblings. She prides herself on giving 100% to any project she has undertaken. Madison was nominated by her club leader, Paulette Kirkland, who says, “I am proud to have Madison in our club and am looking forward to watching her grow through this program”.
