Dr. Wayne Hobbs has been the UF/IFAS Extension Clay County Environmental Horticulture Agent and Master Gardener Coordinator since June 2016. He holds a PhD and Master's Degree in Agricultural Education through the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in Landscape Horticulture from the University of Delaware. His main interests include landscape design, entomology, plant production, reptiles, and teaching strategies. He is originally from Delaware but currently lives in Starke with his wife, daughter, son, and household zoo of pets.
