Calcium is a major mineral found in your bones and teeth.  Often, we do not get enough in our diet.  As we get older, we are at risk for the bone disease, osteoporosis.  Adding calcium-rich foods to your diet will help prevent bone loss.  Click here to read more about sources of calcium!
