Club Updates
4-H Livestock
We had three meetings so far, did a tour of the farm and at our last meeting we had a lot of kids show up, increased attendance, more than 20. We talked about different projects and showed all of the dates and getting youth to write down their interested projects. There were lots of younger youth!
4-Paws
We held elections in August. At the first club meeting of the new year on Sept 7 and our whole club and one member showed up. The club took a quick preview of the by-laws, we reviewed our account, talked about baskets for auction and a possible project for Satchels. We discussed budgeting and shirts. We discussed goals for community service lead by kids. We have a fundraiser planned for Oct. 25. We made a decision on items for dog shows and events like shirts or bags. (Reported by Andromeda, 5th grade, 10 years old).
