Venice Florida Tours started in 2016 as a small side-business for owners Ronnie and Tiffany Fernandez. We offered history walking tours on weekends. Now, four tour types are offered every day of the week: history walking, haunted history, bicycle, and golf cart. When making decisions both as a business and in our daily lives, we consistently consider and lean toward options with the least environmental impact. At our core, we strongly believe that a better environment starts with us as business owners. We are delighted to now be part of the Sarasota County Green Business program.
As a locally owned and home-operated business, Venice Florida Tours positively impacts the Venice community. Ronnie and Tiffany carefully consider the environmental impact of every aspect of their operations. Their fully electric carts and vehicles help reduce emissions and their carbon footprint. Additionally, they focus on eliminating unnecessary products and using reusable items as key components of their business operations.

About the Green Business Partnership
The Green Business Partnership is open to all businesses in Sarasota County. Certified Green Business partners operate in an environmentally responsible manner. More than 250 businesses have earned certification. Program certification includes an on-site verification of reduction, reuse and conservation practices in:
- Business operations;
- Solid waste management;
- Recycling; and
- Energy and water consumption.
