Rebecca Elliott
Rebecca Elliott serves as the FCS and Food Systems Extension Agent for UF/IFAS Extension in Marion County. She has a background in nutrition and dietetics and a specialization in weight management. She also holds a master's degree in health sciences, focusing on public health. Her passion is empowering families and individuals to prevent, manage, and reverse chronic diseases through dietary and lifestyle changes. Through her classes, many individuals have regained control over their health and well-being. Participants lost weight, significantly improved their blood biomarkers, and gained nutrition knowledge and skills they can apply to their lives.
