Food preservation is a nutritious and economical way to turn fresh foods into pantry staples! This class will introduce the fundamentals of canning and build the skills you need to safely preserve food at home.
Water Bath Canning ~ Tuesday, April 30th – 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Learn the science and methods behind safe food preservation through water bath canning. The class will focus on USDA guidelines, food safety & quality, proper canning procedures, equipment, and recipes.
