Jay Capasso
Jay Capasso is the Northeast Florida Regional Specialized Extension Agent for Water Resources, based at the UF/IFAS North Florida Research and Education Center – Suwannee Valley in Live Oak, FL. He educates stakeholders and UF/IFAS County faculty on agricultural best management practices related to nutrient management and irrigation. He earned his B.S. in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Soil and Water Sciences from the University of Florida.
