Flavors of Florida 2017

Experience agricultural innovation at FLAVORS OF FLORIDA 2017.

Fresh picked peaches bred for the Florida sun, Venus Sunray clams from the waters of Cedar Key and an assortment of veggies from the campus Field & Fork Farm and Gardens are just a few of the ingredients that will tempt the taste buds at the fourth annual Flavors of Florida hosted by UF/IFAS. On the evening of Monday, April 24, university, community and industry leaders will gather to sample original dishes and beverages expertly prepared to highlight both signature and emerging flavors of Florida.

With an innovative and tenacious spirit, UF/IFAS scientists and Florida’s agricultural leaders are developing new cultivars, new technologies and new industries to feed the future and strengthen Florida’s communities. Enjoy the fruits of their labor and converse with leading research scientists at this premier event.
