ServSafe Class and Exam

ServSafe Manager’s class and exam sessions will continue in Pasco County. ServSafe is the national food safety certification for those working in the food industry. Whether your current certification is about to expire and your employer requires you to stay current on your certification, or you will be taking it for the first time to start your own restaurant business, the ServSafe certificate, which is nationally recognized through the National Restaurant Association and is good for five years, is now being offered locally in Pasco County. No more having to travel to nearby counties to take it. The class/exam date is coming up soon: Thursday, September 20th, 2018 from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The exam is based off of the 7th edition textbook, which came out in 2017, and is highly recommended for studying the most current information. The class and exam will be held at the Land O Lakes Community Center (Heritage Park), in Room 2, located at 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34639. Price varies depending on whether or not you need to purchase the book, which needs three to five business days to arrive; overnight shipping is an option and will cost more, so please plan ahead and purchase your book early! For those who don’t pass the first time, there is the option to purchase a retest as well. Please see the Event Brite posting to reserve your ticket and for more information about pricing: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/pasco-county-fl-servsafe-managers-class-and-exam-tickets-46373188455?aff=ebdssbdestsearch
