COVID-19 Testing for Agribusinesses In and Around Martin County

With the fall vegetable growing season starting and agricultural professionals returning to prepare fields and plant as the pandemic continues, many agribusinesses are seeking COVID-19 testing for employers and employees. Currently, Martin County offers testing in Indiantown and Stuart each week. Cleveland Clinic also offers testing in Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach. Additionally, testing will be conducted at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds October 20-22 and November 17-19 for agricultural workers.

Please reach out to your local UF/IFAS Extension office, if you need any additional resources, such as COVID-19 safety training, pesticide/fertilizer CEU classes, pest or disease diagnostics, agribusiness management assistance, etc. Your local Extension office is the front door to all of the resources at the University of Florida, and we tailor our programs to the needs expressed by our local stakeholders, so please don’t hesitate to call, email, or visit your local office.
