During this 6-week program, you’ll receive weekly Health eGuides and be able to form a supportive community to encourage a positive lifestyle change. Just 30 minutes a day to improve your health! Plus, who doesn’t like to compete to win a lil’ something?
March 13th is the day Let’s Walk, Florida! begins in Jefferson County—a great opportunity to take advantage of the nicer weather before we get stuck in the swamp Florida inevitably becomes every year. You’ll compete with others in this statewide challenge, and possibly earn awards & prizes depending on how you rank. Make sure you register and update your account weekly. This is important! If you input daily, it isn’t additive… it will only accept weekly input! So if everyday you put in how long you walked, it’ll record that amount for the whole week. Walked 20 min per day? Well, if you input daily, it’ll be recorded that you walked that 20 min that WEEK.
