UF/IFAS Communications is making the move from Adobe Workfront and into Asana, an industry-standard project management platform. Beginning November 1, all UF/IFAS Communications support requests will be submitted via Asana instead of Adobe Workfront. With Asana, you will submit requests simply by completing an online form and verifying your email. All communication with the UF/IFAS Communications team will take place via email — no extra login is required, and you will not need to learn the Asana system. 

To ensure nothing is lost during this move, if you have files stored in Workfront please save them outside of Workfront by October 31. The UF/IFAS Communications team archives all work and can retrieve files for you in the future if needed, but please ensure everything you need is downloaded before UF/IFAS Communications departs from Workfront later this year.
