How do I use the Letterhead and Envelope?
Now that you know where to find the letterhead, let’s discuss any guidelines the University has for using it.
From the University:
All university letterheads, envelopes, and business cards must be standardized to provide consistent institutional identity and reduce design and printing costs. UF stationery is intended to identify the communicator/bearer in terms of their relationship with the University and should only be used for official UF business purposes.
The main reason for using the UF letterhead is to communicate official UF business. Do not include personal details. The information should be limited to unit name(s), address, and phone numbers.
The envelope should also be clear of any personalized information. Putting information on the envelope is to provide a return address for responses. The information on the envelope should include the unit name(s) and address.
Now that you know where to find the letterhead and envelope templates and what information to include, you are ready to spread your stationery wings. To see more information on UF stationery, you can visit https://brandcenter.ufl.edu/stationery/.
