Rachel Biderman is a PhD student studying agricultural leadership in AEC at the University of Florida. Her research focuses on understanding small-scale farmers leadership development needs and evaluating formal agricultural leadership development programs. Before returning to graduate school, Rachel served as a UF/IFAS Extension Agent in Miami-Dade County.
