Promoting Health with EFNEP

EFNEP stands for Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program. Offered by UF/IFAS Extension county offices, this program teaches families with young children and limited resources how to eat right on a budget. Classes include educational materials and demonstrations of healthy cooking and exercise routines.
