County Agents Contributing to UF/IFAS Extension Websites

Are you county extension faculty or staff interested in either beginning your UF blogging, becoming a T4 contributor, or adding calendar dates to your extension website?  How about accessing useable blog statistics for your ROA and NPDES reports?  Here are some resources you might find helpful.

  1. Blogging – This will give county extension faculty and staff the opportunity to publish their blogs which will populate to your UF website.
    GO HERE and Select Add Me To BlogsIFAS – https://ics.ifas.ufl.edu/web-work-request/.  Blogs are published in WordPress but the first step is requesting access.  Banner photo size is 1338x357px. Software such as GIMP or Paint can help you resize your image.
  2. Terminal four contributor.  This will give county extension faculty and staff the opportunity to manage their contribution to their extension website.
    GO HERE and Select Add Me To TERMINALFOUR – https://ics.ifas.ufl.edu/web-work-request/.  If UF faculty and staff have not taken the T4 training check no and take the training. If yes, then fill out and submit the form. Once training is complete, fill out the form. Once Contributors are in the system training will be set up for them.  Banner photo size is 1650 x 470px.
  3. Shared Google Calendar.  This will give you the ability to post calendar dates on your extension website using the shared Google Calendar.  To begin, you’ll need to submit a request to sfyl@ifas.ufl.edu and copy IF-SVC-Webteam
  4. Google Analytics – This is the webtool web use to analyze the statistics and behavior flow of UF blog users. GO HERE and Select Add Me To Blogs.IFAS – https://ics.ifas.ufl.edu/web-work-request/.
