Owner of The Table Orlando, Tyler Brassil, one of the chefs cooking at this year’s conference, was raised on his grandparent’s turkey farm in Rhode Island.
Later, Tyler went on to Johnson & Wales University where he received his AS in Culinary Arts and his BS in Food Service Management. In 1999, Tyler was hired as the sous chef on the opening team for Empire Restaurant, located in Providence, Rhode Island.
While working at Empire Restaurant, he was nominated as one of the Top Ten Best Sous Chefs in the country by Bertolli Olive Oil. Later, Tyler moved to Orlando where he taught at Le Cordon Bleu and eventually opened The Table Orlando with wife Loren Falsone.
