You will learn the steps to home ownership in the UF/IFAS Extension First Time Home-Buyer Program. UF/IFAS Extension has upcoming virtual Homebuyer Workshops in English and Spanish.

This class meets the education requirement for those individuals participating in a First Time Homebuyer Education program. The Florida Cooperative Extension is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency. When you have attended all workshops, you will receive the certificate needed to apply for federal down payment and closing cost assistance through local and state government programs.

You must attend each session to receive a certificate.
