Amy Solis is the Extension Program Manager with the UF/IFAS Pesticide Information Office, where she supports science‑based pesticide education across Florida. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Shepherd College and both a B.S. and M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Resource Management from West Virginia University. With a background in wildlife research and more than 20 years of experience in mosquito control and public health education, Amy is dedicated to translating science into practical, real‑world solutions through strong Extension partnerships.
