The USDA-APHIS-PPQ-CPHST Identification Technology Program, coordinated by Dr. Terrence Walters (terrence.w.walters@aphis.usda.gov ) has been working with the developers of LUCID software (QBIT, University of Queensland) to convert LUCID® keys to mobile-friendly keys.
