Hello, the 2013 Area A rule book is now available and I will attach it below.
Please make sure that if you plan to participate in the contest you are enrolled in 4-H online, you have a completed participation form and medical history on the 4-H online website.
I will be receiving the Area A registration packet in a few weeks. When I receive it I will get it to you all. You will need to fill it out and turn it in with your horse project books before the TBA deadline.
