SERVSAFE® FOOD SAFETY MANAGER CERTIFICATION CLASS

The University of Florida/IFAS, Nassau County Extension Service will be holding a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification Class and Exam.

Physical address 86026 Pages Dairy Road, Yulee, Florida 32097.

This is an 8-hour class which includes 6 hours of instruction followed with a 2-hour exam. Those that pass will have a valid 5-year food safety manager certification. The class content is based on the 2017 FDA Food Code.
