Looking for ways to earn Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit this summer? Join UF/IFAS for our Diseases of Ornamentals and Fungicide Resistance Training on June 5, 2020.
The training will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. during which participants will learn the biology of ornamental plant diseases as well as identifying the appropriate fungicide to treat them. Participants will also learn about the different classes of fungicides as well as how to rotate fungicides based on mode of action
During the training, participants may earn a maximum of two CEU’s in the following categories: Core, O & T, Limited Lawn & Ornamental, Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance, Ag Row Crop, Private Applicator, and Commercial Lawn & Ornamental.
In addition to fungicides, the training will also cover the importance of scouting and properly identifying diseases before spraying.
