MREC Graduate Student Awarded by Garden Communicators Association

Mid-Florida Research and Education Center (MREC) graduate student Yuvraj Khamare was recently recognized by Garden Communicators International (GardenComm) and awarded with a scholarship.

Khamare, who also blogs for MREC, is interested in science communication and helping people reconnect with gardening.

“I am grateful to be recognized by the Garden Communicators International as a scholarship recipient,” Khamare said. “GardenComm is an industry leader in science communication, and I look forward to working with them in the future.”
