Join us for an exciting and informative Backyard Composting 101 Workshop hosted by the Jackson County Master Gardener Volunteer Program! Discover the secrets of turning your kitchen scraps and yard waste into nutrient-rich compost for your plants.
The workshop will be held November 18th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Jackson County Extension office. Registration is $10 per person.
During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of composting, including how to chose the right composting method , what materials to use, and how to maintain a healthy compost pile.
