There are no known risks or discomforts associated with this survey, any direct benefits to you or your child for participating in this survey, nor is there any compensation for participating in this survey. The information gained will help improve future 4-H programs.

Your child’s identity will be kept confidential to the extent provided by law. No information obtained in the evaluation will identify an individual child. The data will be stored in a secure server and will only be seen by the investigators and the managers of the online site during the evaluation period. The information obtained in the survey will be analyzed and reported as aggregated national, statewide and county data.
