The 2012-2013 4-H year started September 1, and that means it is time for 4-H members to re-enroll in the Jackson County 4-H Program. Parents who wish to re-enroll their children have three options for re-enrollment.
1) Computer generated forms from 2011-12 will be given to 4-H Club Leaders and distributed during the first club meeting. Parents will need to make any necessary changes (e.g. phone numbers, e-mail addresses, health information, etc.) and return the signed forms to the Club Leader.
2) Parents may re-enroll youth online at http://florida4h.org/4honline/homepage.shtml.
3) Parents and children may visit the Jackson County Extension Service to re-enroll. Youth who wish to enroll in 4-H for the first time may also enroll online or obtain forms from the Extension Service or the “About 4-H” webpage.
