Introducing Our New Email Signature Generator
A simple way to create consistent, on-brand email signatures customized for your UF/IFAS unit.
Email is one of the most frequently used and most overlooked branding touchpoints. Every message sent is an opportunity to reinforce who we are, what we represent, and how we show up as an organization. To make that easier, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Email Signature Generator, a tool designed to create professional, consistent brand-aligned signatures that are customizable for different areas across UF/IFAS.

- Step 1: Navigate to the link above to find the generator
- Step 2: Fill in the required fields on the left side.
- Step 3: Fill in optional information, if desired.
- Step 4: View preview on the right side and verify information is correct.
- Step 5: Click the “Copy to Clipboard” button
- Step 6: Open Outlook and navigate to the signature options
- Step 7: Send emails.
