Learn how to garden with native plants and select species that are native to Florida that match your site conditions. Natives provide ecological benefits important to a healthy garden such as habitat for wildlife and food for pollinators. We will talk about native wildflowers, perennials, shrubs and trees suitable for planting in Central Florida home landscapes. This class will be co taught by Tia Silvasy, Residential Horticulture Agent and Anita Camacho, owner of the Little Red Wagon Native Nursery.
