I am an Interdisciplinary Ecology master’s student with the UF/IFAS Wildlife Ecology and Land Management Lab at UF's North Florida Research and Education Center at Quincy. My research focuses on understanding deer–crop interactions across the Florida Panhandle and working with farmers to document how white-tailed deer are impacting agricultural production. I collaborate closely with UF/IFAS Extension agents and local growers to better understand where deer damage occurs, what management strategies producers are using, and what support or policy changes could help address this issue. My goal is to help connect research, Extension outreach, and farmer perspectives to develop practical solutions for wildlife conflicts on working lands.
