Kathryn Flynn is the Rural Community Health Agent for UF/IFAS Extension Putnam County. Kathryn is originally from Southside Virginia and earned her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech. She also earned a Master of Public Health degree from Benedictine University. She is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her areas of focus include chronic disease prevention and self-management, nutrition education, and helping individuals and families adopt sustainable lifestyle changes through health education and action.
