Kelly is the Suwannee River Partnership Outreach Coordinator based out of UF/IFAS NFREC-SV. The partnership is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from federal, state, regional, and local governments, agricultural and environmental associations, and farmers and residents. Together, they plan research-based solutions to address water quality and quantity issues in the Suwannee and Santa Fe River Basin.
