Originally from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, I grew up with a passion for horses and have trained and shown various disciplines. I am now making Florida my home following my twenty-six-year career at Mississippi State University Extension Service. As the County Extension Director and Sustainable Ag and Small Farms Extension Agent in Walton County, I support small farms by specializing in the following areas: small homesteads, animal science, farm planning, farm management, beginning farmer, direct marketing, and soil health.
