Growing Colorful Caladiums

Join us at the Port Charlotte Library located at 2280 Aaron Street in Port Charlotte on July 12th, or on July 15th at the Punta Gorda Library at 401 Shreve Street in Punta Gorda for a fun and informative event called Growing Colorful Caladiums! Learn all about these beautiful plants and how to care for them to keep them thriving in your own garden. Our expert horticulturist will share tips and tricks for selecting the perfect caladiums and creating stunning displays. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to add a pop of color to their outdoor space.

Caladiums are an easy way to add color to your landscape with little effort. In containers or in your landscape, caladiums thrive in our hot and humid months and they will soon grow and give you summer color. From shade to full sun with colors that range from white, pink, red and green, there are many color combinations to choose from.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to learn about growing colorful caladiums! We hope to see you at one of our sessions.

Attend one of the sessions and receive free caladium bulbs to take home and plant. There is no charge for the class, but pre-registration is required as seating is limited.
