Kelli Gladding works with the UF/IFAS Center for Aquatic Invasive Plants (CAIP) as a research biologist. Kelli is a graduate of Rollins College with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science. For ten years, she worked for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Invasive Plant Management Section as a regional biologist, focused on managing aquatic invasive plants in the St. Johns River region. As a biologist at CAIP, she loves exploring new management techniques and enhancing native plant communities.
