Winners and runners-up of their classroom and school level 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Competition had a chance to wow a crowd of a little over 100 local residents on Tuesday. They showed off their public speaking and speech writing skills with the first place winners awarded a $230 scholarship for camp this Summer.
