The St. Johns County 4-H Youth Development Program is the sponsorship beneficiary for the Cottonmouth Quarter Marathon and 5K in Elkton Florida on Saturday, November 3rd. Funds earned from this event go to support St. Johns County 4-H youth who compete at state, regional and national competitions. During the 2017-18 year, the St. Johns County 4-H Program issued nearly $2,000 to support 4-H youth taking part in state and national events.

Sponsorships are being sought from local businesses, private donors and 4-H alumni and friends. Sponsorship levels range from $50 to $500 or more and include a variety of perks. Runners and walkers for the event are also being encouraged to sign up for this run among the fields.
