Learning how to cook to support a healthy lifestyle is key for long term health. This health and wellness series consists of four bi-weekly classes, plus 1 follow-up reunion class. Learn the strategies to manage diabetes through menu planning, carbohydrate counting, portion control and label reading. There will be live cooking demonstrations during each class and an opportunity to sample healthy foods.
