Agent is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating all Extension Programs in Okaloosa County. This includes training volunteer leaders, establishing new 4-H clubs, training youth, implementing school enrichment projects. The 4-H program helps young people develop the life skills needed to become capable, responsible and caring citizens. Through local 4-H clubs, special interest groups, after-school programs, camp and many other activities, 4-H'ers have fun, make lasting friendships, enjoy "hands-on" learning experiences, and get involved in their communities. Administrative: Provide administrative leadership to staff and faculty members in the Okaloosa County Extension Office.
