The Horse Advisory Committee is sponsoring the 2012 horseman of the year award for Okaloosa County. All 4H’ers who would like to be considered for the award must summit an essay. Information about the essay is in the attachment below. The criteria for judging is also included below. Leaders please pass this information to your 4H’ers.
