4-H Camp Timpoochee
For an experience you won’t forget, join us for five days and four nights at the beautiful 4-H Camp Timpoochee located on the Choctawhatchee Bay.
County Camp June 5-9, 2017- Camping Cluster Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia Counties
Registration Packets and a $50 deposit are due by May 19, 2017, and full payment is due no later than 4:00 PM on May 26, 2017. There are only 40 spots available, and are on a first come basis.

The cost this year for camp is $200 for all campers that are 4-H members, and $225 for non-members. The fee is $200 for counselors (ages 13-18), who get a discount for completing Camp Counselor Training. Camp counselors will also receive 75 community service hours that can be applied towards the Florida Bright Futures scholarships. This fee includes meals for 5 days, lodging, a t-shirt, snack everyday, and all camp activities for the week.

Camp Counselors! Important Information!
Interested in becoming a Camp Counselor or Counselor in Training? For youth 13-18 needing community service hours, becoming a 4-H Camp Counselor is a great way to meet that by being a positive influence in a child’s life. Youth will receive training throughout the year to prepare them for the camp week. Trainings are mandatory. Fill out the application, and camp counselor contract and return it to the Okaloosa County Extension Office to hold your spot for camp.
