Learn about trees, plants and gardening in Florida during a “Crash Course in North Florida Gardening” three-day seminar for newcomers to Florida from 8:00 am until Noon on:

Rebecca Jordi will conduct the seminars, covering topics on proper landscape practices and plants for the Northeast Florida area. With different information being presented each day.
Notebooks, refreshments and plenty of garden material will be given away to participants. Classes will contain information on Florida Friendly plants, annuals, perennials, attracting wildlife, trees, shrubs, lawngrass, palms and citrus. Appropriate watering and fertilization methods will be discussed as well as proper pruning and plant selection.
COST:
The cost for the public will be $50 per person or $75 per couple. Deadline for registration will be Friday, August 23 at 5 pm.
