Roses – Landscape Matters 2019

On Wednesday, February 6 Nassau County Master Gardener Carol Ann Atwood will conduct a Landscape Matters Rose class. The class will include a pruning demonstration, and discussion of diseases, remedies, irrigation, varieties, colors, fertilizers, arrangements, when to cut for arrangements, conditions for success, different grades, knock outs vs Hybrid teas, how to plant, and soil amendments. The class is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Extension office at 530-6351.
