The plant clinic at the UF/IFAS Mid-Florida Research and Education Center will reopen to residents and resume taking horticultural business clientele on a walk-in basis in January 2022. The address is 2725 S. Binion Road, Apopka, FL 32703.

The residents’ plant clinic, which is staffed by volunteer Master Gardeners, will reopen to Central Florida residents with plant questions. The plant clinic will be open to walk-in appointments every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m..

The plant clinic will also reopen to horticultural business clientele on a walk-in basis. Over the last year, commercial customers had been asked to make appointments, but they will no longer be necessary. The plant clinic will be open to business customers every Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m..

As a reminder, the MREC plant clinic will be closed on Tuesday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 28. We look forward to seeing our clients when we reopen on January 4, 2022.
