Physical health and well-being includes eating well, physical activity and good rest all which can impact relationships. Please join the UF/IFAS Extension- Manatee team in celebrating FCS Dining In Day December 3, 2018 (also known as Family Youth and Consumer Science Day) by posting a selfie of you preparing or eating a healthy meal with your friends or family! Follow these steps to commit to “Dining In”!
Step One
Complete our simple online sign-up form. Commit to “Dining In” for your family or on behalf of a class or other community group. Individuals who complete the form and provide contact info will be eligible for prize drawings!

Step Three
Promote Family & Consumer Sciences Day and “Dining In” to your friends, families, and colleagues.
Step Four
Prepare and eat a healthy meal with your family “device free” on or during the week of December 3rd and share a photo on your social media sites! With our healthy relationships focus in 2018, we also encourage you to share tips on going device-free during family mealtime and using it as a way to build relationships.
