What is Make a Difference Mondays? Make a Difference Monday is an opportunity for counties to engage volunteers in a consistent training program. A total of six, 1-hour sessions will be available for the 2015-16 4-H year. This year’s theme is centered on the Essential Element of Mastery.
How can volunteers participate in Make a Difference Monday? Counties can host the training as a face to face opportunity (and project the Adobe Connect session) or volunteers can participate from the comfort of their home via Adobe Connect. Sessions will also be archived on our website so that agents and volunteers can access them when it is more convenient.
What are the incentives to participate? Each month, there will be a drawing for a door prize. In addition, volunteers that participate in all six sessions will receive a certificate and a volunteer pin.
